Choosing a Villa Location in Greece: Questions to Add to Your Enquiry
Choosing a villa location is easier when you can explain why it matters to your group. A destination name alone says little about the holiday you want to have: spending time mainly at the property, exploring different places or balancing the two. Before comparing individual villas, prepare a small location brief. It should describe your priorities and the questions you need answered, without treating an attractive photograph or a broad destination description as proof of access, facilities or availability. This gives your enquiry a practical focus from the start.

Describe the pace of the stay
Begin with how you expect to spend an ordinary day. Would the group mainly relax together, go out frequently or follow several different plans? You do not need a detailed itinerary. A few examples help explain the kind of location you are looking for. Distinguish what you would like from what you need: a quiet setting may be a preference, while a practical access requirement may be essential. Neither should be inferred from a property name or from the word luxury.
Separate the destination from the property’s position
A destination can contain very different settings. Ask where a proposed property sits in relation to the places relevant to your plans, rather than assuming that every villa on the same island has a similar position. If you want to compare access, request the information for the actual property and route. Do not convert a map impression into a promised journey time. Your planning brief can identify useful reference points, while the enquiry establishes which details can be confirmed and how they should be understood.
List access questions before choosing extras
Consider the practical journey from arrival to the property and the movement you expect during the stay. Ask what information is available about the entrance, steps, vehicle access or other features relevant to your group. Describe the requirement you want checked without sharing medical or other private records in a general message. If you intend to discuss a transfer or another arrangement, keep it as a separate question. Do not assume it is included with accommodation or that a photograph proves a particular access feature.
Compare details using the same questions
Use a short comparison note for each proposed villa. Include the dates being discussed, bedrooms required, location priorities and features that the provider has specifically confirmed. Mark unanswered points clearly. This helps you avoid giving one property credit for a feature that is only suggested by an image while requiring written confirmation from another. The published villa collection is a starting point for reviewing options, not proof that every displayed property is available for your travel window.
Keep additional arrangements separate
If you would like help beyond accommodation, review the existing concierge services page and identify what you want to discuss. Ask how the scope, provider, availability and charges would be confirmed for the individual request. A service page does not automatically add an arrangement to a villa booking. Keep accommodation questions and optional arrangements distinct in your comparison note, so the group understands which decisions remain open and which terms need to be reviewed.
Prepare an enquiry that leaves room for a useful answer
Start with the published destinations page, then summarise your travel window, group size, bedroom needs and location priorities. Use the enquiry page to outline your requirements and ask about the next steps. Ask for the specific property details, availability, inclusions and applicable booking terms in writing. Your note should make comparison easier, not imply that a request has secured a villa. Final dates, price and arrangements need agreement for the actual booking.
